There will be fitness testing for the U14 and U15 football and hurling development squads on Saturday, 8th of October in St. LouisGrammar School, Cullybackey Road, Ballymena, Co. Antrim, BT43 5DW. Groups and fitness times are listed below.

This session is very important as we will be obtaining each players maximum heart-rate during the bleep test. We have recently obtained real timeheart rate monitorsbelts from a grant we received from Sport NI. Using aheart rate monitoris an ideal method of assessing a player's cardiovascular condition, and gauging the level of intensity of the exercise session.
Directions from Belfast:
Take the M2
At junction 1, take the A26 exit to Antrim/Ballymena/Coleraine
At Dunsilly Roundabout, take the 3rd exit onto Lisnevenagh Rd/A26 heading to Coleraine/Ballymena
At the roundabout (7 Towers Roundabout), take the 2nd exit onto Antrim Rd/A523. Continue to follow A523.
Turn right onto Harryville Bridge/A523. Continue to follow A523
Slight left onto Linenehall St/A26. Continue to follow A26
At the roundabout, take the 1st exit onto Cullybackey Rd/B62
Drive along Cullybackey road and destination will be on the right. Please drive into school, take the road right and park in the car park on the left hand side. The hall will be right in front of you.
There are three groups:
Group 1 is from 10am-11am. Be at the centre for9.45am SHARP for registration. Also, bring indoor gear e.g. runners, shorts and plenty of water.
Group 2 is from 11am to 12pm.Be at the centre for10.45am SHARP for registration. Also, bring indoor gear e.g. runners, shorts and plenty of water.
Group 3 is from 12pm to 1pm.Be at the gym hall for11.45am SHARP for registration. Also bring indoor gear e.g.
